I've used this service for years and years. I was a little dismayed this year at the price ...its gone up considerably since the airport took over. Sadly we are over a barrel as we either pay extortionate airport taxis or pay to park

Good service but Iam not happy with the restructuring of the long stay parking at Newcastle ? Loads of accessible disabled bays left empty beside the office close to the terminal while now you have to drive right down into the other car parks and try and find a disabled bay miles from the terminal.

Very competitive price, only down side is finding a parking space in busy times also finding car after a 2 week holiday, make sure you write parking bay letter was quicker walking to airport terminal than waiting for bus

On arrival at the long stay car park it was not the best experience in trying to locate a space for my vehicle but eventually located one after driving around the parking area for a good while. Parked up and made my way to the terminal building. Upon our return to Newcastle airport I went and located my vehicle, left the parking bay and approached the barrier and inserted my parking ticket, the barrier failed to raise up and the digital display stated that it wanted my self to pay £122.00 for the duration of our stay. I contacted an attendant who confirmed my booking that i could show him via my emails and subsequently swiped the barrier reader and I exited the car park. Sadly this also happened last summer upon our return to the airport after using yourselves and I was again fortunate enough to be able to show the on-site attendant but I would hate to think of how the issue would be resolved if I wasn’t tech savvy or someone else had booked the parking on my behalf and had no proof on my/their person.

Easy to book and use.maybe if the bays were numbered cars would be easier to locate especially at night as lighting is not so good and the car park area is so vast it makes locating ones car difficult.id the bays were numbered say A1 to say A150 or however many spaces there were would make it a bit easier for drivers to find their cars.

I use this service everytime I fly from Newcastle as there is always somewhere to park, a regular bus shuttle service and if like my last trip i park close to the airport, the addition of a covered walkway really helps.

Good service, no problems took my ticket, parked my car returned a week later, drove to the barrier inserted my ticket, off home . Very easy I didn’t use the bus to transfer to the terminal because we were lucky to get parked very close so we just walked it. Would definitely use again.

No issues, as usual. Drove to the car park, collected a ticket from the machine at the barriers. After the return flight, I got back in the car and used the same ticket to get out of the car park. No fuss.

Have used the Newcastle Airport long stay several times before &, as per previous trips, it was easy to book, well priced & very simple to use with no hassle on entry or exit. The only thing that prevented a 5star rating this time was the total absence of any shuttle buses to ferry us back to the car park on our return (normally a frequent service). Not a major issue for my party as we are all fit enough to do the 10 min walk with cases although not so easy for anyone not very mobile. Thankfully it was dry when we got back home otherwise it would have been a rather soggy trip back to the car!

Easy to use and straight forward exit on return. Only issue noticed was someone in a small car had parked on a angle and taken up 4 parking space. How & why they did it had everyone laughing. It was easier to park in one bay than the 4 taken up.😂😂.

The airport is 10 minutes from Newcastle city centre on the A696.Turn right at the roundabout into the airport complex (or left if you're coming along the A696 from the north).
Take the first exit at the next roundabout and follow the signs for the long stay car park.

From there, it's a short walk to the term
On return
When you've got your bags, walk back to the car park. Drive to the barrier, put your ticket into the barrier and it will let you out. If you have any problems, press the help button on the machine to talk to a member of the team.
There are extra-wide spaces for disabled customers in Zone N.
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up until midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £12 per day. This is subject to change.
