Was okay on arriving.but returning was a night mare got dropped off the bus at premier hotel with 3rd and 3 suitcases.to walk in the road to the parking lot.not very good at all.

Have used Callerton's every time when holidaying from NCL airport. From dropping off the car outside their reception office, to arriving in the Terminal, was 5 minutes this time! Never been more than 10 minutes anyway. Upon return from holiday, the car has always been timely retrieved in advance and is usually already waiting for us outside the reception office. Great service, great staff. Thank you.

Excellent smooth and efficient service and while I was a bit worried when our return flight was delayed we still found the car ready and waiting with no fuss whatsoever. Staff very friendly and helpful. I will definitely use this service again and recommend to others.

Lovely welcome home.,waiting at new bus collection point Bell air minibus greeted us and said climb aboard. Had an email whilst I was away to say the firm had changed. New car park very smart ,however at callerton my car would have been right at front with the key presented to me at airport.i missed this .i have used callerton many times, In winter my car would be frost/snow free and heater running ..........I hope this personal service from Callerton will still continue. Must say the staff were very jolly and greeted us well.

The hallmarks of Callerton Parking were always courtesy and efficiency in my opinion - this is why we have used them so often. With new regime in place, the journey to the airport was very good as usual. On return, the system was a bit chaotic. The driver of the courtesy coach was very friendly and obliging but when we got to the office, the young attendant could not find my car keys. No problem overall but we were delayed longer than we expected

Drop off was ok. I was disappointed with the collection from the airport as there was much confusion due to the minibus being from another company and not being clearly marked as Callerton. Other customers were also confused and disappointed. We were waiting for 45 minutes with young children.

When booking with callerton in the past our car has always been waiting for us where the transfer dropped us off. This time our car was moved to what use to be park and fly carpark and on our return had to pick our keys up from office then go and find the car ! Preferred the other service!!

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking
Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.
SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.
EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.
On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.
On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park.
