I emailed you earlier this morning to let you know that we waited longer for our airport transfer to callerton than our flight time took from Belfast we eventually took a airport taxi we were so fed up of waiting, it spoilt what had been a lovely weekend away.

Booked the night before via email, couldn't organise taxi for x 5 of us due to early time, cost quoted far more than parking at callerton. Arrived before 0600 staff friendly and extremely helpful with large bags and three kids. Arrived back picked up and car ready and waiting. We will use this again

Hi Came into Newcastle airport today after week holiday I we were totally confused with the pick up service . We phoned for pick up and was not instructed that BellAir is now the same company and was left by 3 drivers at the pick up point because the vans had NO signs or the notice at the airport had been changed informing us of this change VERY DISAPPOINTED with this service I have only one way to express our dissatisfaction with this service which fell well below the standard expected is to refer this back to you.

We were happy when we dropped our car off and we were quickly processed and dropped off at the Airport but when we got collected after our holiday the guy who picked us up was the most miserable ignorant man ever I tried twice to be courteous to him by saying hi etc but he never spoke a word to us at all not professional at all you should look at that as he is giving you a bad name if that's his attitude other than that we had no problems

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking
Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.
SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.
EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.
On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.
On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park.
