Directions to the car park given on the confirmation e-mail made it very easy to find. I didn't give it 5 stars as there were no clear signage as to where the office was to book you car in. Fortunately another group of travellers told us where it was. The trip to & from the airport was very efficient with just a phone call to the office once you passed through customs on your return.

Return service was appalling, called through as we arrived off flight and took 3 attempts to get an answer, gave all our details and went outside to wait on bus, too many passengers waiting on bus and ppl just coming and standing in front of us in que bus was full twice and there was organisation as to who phoned first etc for getting on bus it was a free for all and we never got on until the 3rd time, we were left standing in the rain with young Children for at least 40 minutes in total and then we had to drive to Scotland damp and crabit

Brilliant service, very friendly. One downfall, we where in a rush to get to the airport and there was nearly a 20 minute wait for the shuttle bus to come back from the airport which is no good if your running late. other than that brilliant service and where at the airport in minutes of us calling on arrival

I always park at Calerton parking we are parking there again in sept, I wouldn't park anywhere else, on pick coming back they are very punctual, one little thing you could do with a couple of new buses, best regards Fred gill.

Waited ages to be picked up amongst lots of people waiting for taxis and lifts ect. Then a big rush for the minibus resulting in our cases loaded and no seat for one of us so we had to get off and wait again till it returned. The worst service we have ever received from an airport pick up. The only saving grace was the very pleasant driver even though he was run off his feet .

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.

EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.

On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified timeTransfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
