This was the first time we have used Callerton parking which was recommended to us by friends. We arrived approx 3.00 am and were met by a friendly member of staff who quickly had our luggage loaded into the bus while we completed the forms in the office. When we arrived back at the airport on a busy Friday afternoon we only waited a few minutes to be picked up. We would certainly use Callerton Parking again and would also recommended them to family and friends.

Cheapest parking I could find. Easy to locate. Quick drop off at the airport, no hanging around. On return I called them as soon as I reclaimed my baggage and by the tine I arrived at the drop off point they were pulling up to collect me. Brilliant.

We have used Callerton parking at least a dozen times and wouldn't use any where else. The staff are friendly, nothing is too much for they, they always greet you with a smile no matter what time it is. Very competitive prices and very reliable

very good service at a very good price , withing one minute of handing over our car keys we were on our way to the airport terminal , a mere five minutes away . On our return and as soon as we had our luggage we phoned callerton on the free phone number provided and we were collected within five minutes . A first class service with no hassle whatsoever , we will certainly use FHR again for our parking requirements.

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.

EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.

On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified timeTransfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
