Outward journey drop-off etc went well. However we had to wait at least 20 minutes for a pick-up after we phoned on arrival.So from arrival through customs to us leaving Callerton took 40 minutes. Not a good service.

fantastic customer service went in office to check in when got outside suitcases were already in bus when we arrived back rang office when we had cleared customs and baggage reclaimed walked across road and bus was there to take us to carpark friendly drivers and all staff will be using again when flying from Newcastle

We arrived at the car park and found a space right at the entrance,now on the web site it says we will only move your car if there are no spaces.When we got back our mileage had moved just thought this was a bit cheeky as there was clearly no need to move our car.

Brilliant service, even when I had to change my car details a few days before arriving nothing was too much to ask and everything went smoothly. No waiting around like when using larger companies straight onto the bus and the car already waiting by the exit on return.

When we arrived, very efficient, the employee took our car and our keys and the friendly and efficient driver took us to the airport. The return journey was rather different. The surly driver picked us up at Newcastle airport and although my husband and I tried to engage in a little bit of conversation, the driver managed to deliver us to our car without answering us or uttering a single word!

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.

EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.

On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified timeTransfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
