Efficiently received at reception and quickly transported to airport. Contacted parking service on return and was informed transport would be on it's way. However, there was a 15min wait and had to call back to check situation. Transport duly arrived and car was waiting to collect. Have used this service before and found it usually to be reliable and the price is very competitive. Would use again.

Arrived to a very welcoming but busy facility..the entrance could've been bigger..but the staff managed this very well and efficiently. We we're taken to the terminal almost straight away..the staff made sure that there were no delays. On return..the same efficient service greeted us. The car was a little dirtier than when we left it..but hey..it'd been in a carpark for.a week..the same would happen in any other carpark! Been to much more expensive valet parking service before..and the car was undriveable without taking it to a carwash..so I was pleased here! The car was parked waiting for us and after collecting the keys from the staff we we're on our way! Great service..will definitely use again.

Excellant once again, dropped off car minibus waiting to take us to Airport picked us up one week later at 00.15am right on time,, no problem no fuss just great service. highly recommended.

Absolutely no complaints at the service provided, punctual and friendly. Mini-Bus was waiting for us on our return even though the flight was 40 late. great stuff. Hope I don't offend here, but the "appearance" of the staff, and the compound weren't the most professional looking. Car Park could do with improvement. A uniform would make the overall look more professional, and give the customer more confidence

I've used your parking facilities before and have been very satisfied. This time it was dark when we got back and so I was totally disappointed when I looked at the car in the light of day to see that the there was quite a lot of mud splashes along both sides of the car and considering I had cleaned the car down before I brought it to your car park I would have thought you would have looked after it better.

Fantastic, reasonably priced, easy drop off, immediate transfer to airport, and instructed on return procedure, bus arrived within 10 mins to take us back to the car on return, car waiting for us ready to pop cases in and leave, friendly staff, would deffo use again ( Callerton parking we were in ) 5* Thankyou!

Excellent, friendly service. Transport to the airport from the car park was ready and waiting, and having made my call from the luggage carousel after collecting our bags on our return walked out to the car park as the transport pulled up! Our car was right outside the office when we got to your premises and we were away within seconds. Will definitely use again should we fly from Newcastle.

Extremely professional. Car booked in in minutes on shuttle to airport and on return the shuttle was waiting at airport for immediate return to car park where car was ready at gate and we were on way home without delay. "I will be back".

Drivers really helpful and courteous,only problem I had was people jumping the queue to get in bus on return to Newcastle there should be a ticket machine or something so when you phone you have a number and then everybody has a slot

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.

EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.

On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified timeTransfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
