Very handy for the airport. The driver on the way out was a bit abrupt, but on the way back the driver couldn't have been nicer. Quick pickup and my car was waiting for me when we got there.

Very good service. Thought the staff where very efficient & friendly. We arrived home at Newcastle airport early hours of the morning and the transfer was organised within minutes to get us back to our car. Would recommend and would use again.

Reasonably priced and right next to Newcastle Airport. Service was excellent all I did was take my cases out my car and they were loaded onto the minibus. No waiting around there or returning home. telephoned from airport phone on a freefone number and the bus was with us in less than 5 minutes. Car was waiting next to the bus....cases unloaded for us and easy exit to A69 back to Carlisle then home to Scotland. thanks for an easy transfer and parking experience.

We have used Callerton Parking many times and have always found them to be efficient. The transfer to the airport was swift with the transport waiting for us on arrival. When we returned to Newcastle the transport took only 10 minutes to get to the airport to pick us up. I would recommend Callerton to anyone.

we spent ages looking for the freephone. last time we used callerton the phone was located at the far end of the airport so we trundled along there and then back again. We decided to go outside to the pick up point and obviously someone with a brain had been in touch and the bus was there and loading the cases on!! fast service and car ready just to drive away. Next time I will use my mobile...... DOH

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking
Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.
SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.
EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.
On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.
On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park.
