I have used this service a few times. Its cheaper than similar services in the area. You could argue that the transport used to ferry you to the airport is a bit dated. However the service is second to none. Good old fashioned hospitality and I wouldn't look elsewhere.

A courteous, helpful service. We were greeted when we arrived (at 2.30 a.m.) and delivered swiftly to the airport. Given clear information where to meet the minibus on the return journey, and the minibus arrived within very few minutes of our call.

On our day of leaving the car at Callerton Parking the route given to their premises was closed because of work being carried out on the Metro railway and it meant that we had to find another route to their premises. I don't know if it would have been possible to have given us advance warning of the road closure. I did feel that their premises and airport transfer was a bit tired compared to the facilities at Flying Scot at Edinburgh.

After arriving at the car park I said I would never use this service again. The parking area was poorly lit and there was no indication of where to wait, park or check in. It seemed quite disorganised with cars sandwiched in what seemed a very small area. However they redeemed themselves when we returned to collect our car. All of the cars due to be collected were parked up and it only took a couple of minutes and we were on our way. The transfer to and from the airport only took a couple of minutes and the bus arrived very promptly.

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking
Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.
SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.
EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.
On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.
On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park.
