Usual good service but loose one star for a bad pick up at 3.00 am Saturday 20th September on a tired return a long delay on airport pick up due to understaffing at a very busy period but will continue to use your service

great welcome on arrival and efficient transfer to airport. Unfortunately not as organised on our return, phoned as requested car park busy to be fair but when minibus arrived no names announced so people getting at random, some people left waiting, unfair system.

This is the first time I have used airport parking and was very pleased with how easy it was. Callerton Parking staff are informative, polite and helpful. We only had to wait a few minutes on our return for the courtesy minibus to pick us up, the driver then went into the office to get my car keys and that was it ..... I was away off home - will definately use them again. Thank you.

We will not use this service again. When we arrived to leave the car there were too many people for the 1 mini bus so we had to wait. The chap in the office was filling out paperwork as customers arrived and given we had all booked on line I fail to see why we had to wait at 5am in the morning for the paperwork to be done! On our return I had to make 2 telephone calls to be collected at 4.30pm and again at 5pm where the driver who arrived complained that he was now working over his time. Not the best experience I can tell you.

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.

EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.

On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified timeTransfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
