I was a bit worried at first with having to leave my keys and allow the gentlemen to park my car as it was brand new! However once in airport I had other things on my mind and soon forgot my concerns. Upon arrival back in uk I was greeted by a helpful driver and was reunited with my vehicle within minutes. I have used callerton parking a number of times and never had a problem . the staff are friendly and deal with you straight away . A simple phone call when your back and there come and pick you up I will always use callerton if I am flying from newcastle

Pick up after arriving back a little slow......perhaps need more than one mini bus collecting passengers especially at busy times otherwise everything fine.

Excellent, seamless service as always. We've used Callerton Parking, four times and have never waited more than 5 minutes for collection from the airport. The drop of procedure is quick and easy and they will have you to the airport within minutes of dropping your car off. They even take your suitcase out of your car and put it into the minibus for you. I will only use Callerton Parking as I know they offer an exceptionally quick and easy service for the best price possible. 100% recommended!

The entrance to the park is very unprepossessing and does not inspire confidence in the car park.Having said that the operation was quick and efficient both leaving and returning.

My car was parked and when I collected it it was in one piece. The transport for the transfers is a little shoddy and one of the members of staff presented an unprofessional image by swearing etc. We waited almost one hour to be collected on our return as the minibus was overbooked and there wasn't space for us. On a positive note it was cheaper than parking directly at the airport.

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.

EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.

On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified timeTransfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
