This was our first time to use callerton parking and the overall experience was pretty good. A little difficult to find,and a little wait for pick up on arrival back at newcastle airport allthough not all callertons fault, late arrival of aircraft coincided with other peoples parking arrival. Will use again.

Drop off and pick up was quick and efficient , as it always is, with very little time wasted at either end of the trip. Only issue I had was that whoever drove my car to and from the reception area deposited a large amount of mud onto my car's carpet , presumably from his shoes.

An Early start at the beginning of our family holiday. A nice welcome from the Callerton staff and in the airport within 5 minutes On our return yesterday I phoned Callerton after clearing customs. By the time we walked the 200 yards to the collection point the friendly driver was there to load on our luggage and take us to our cars which were ready for us. An excellent service. Thank you.

Excellent service. Quick and easy drop off, taken straight to the airport which takes a couple of minutes...likewise on the way back. Car was waiting to drive away, and it looked cleaner than when I dropped it off! Would certainly use again.

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.

EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.

On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified timeTransfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
