I was very satisfied with the service. I was taken quickly to the airport and picked up very promptly on my return. My only complaint was someone had retuned my radio. As I was driving late at night and the car was new to me I did not know how to retune it in the dark without stopping so I was rather cross about having to listen to metro Radio.

Very efficient and cheapest of those on offer in the Newcastle Airport area. Left our car about 5 mins from the airport but was taxied to and from the airport with no time delay at all. We will definitely use this firm again the next time we fly from Newcastle Airport

Cant fault service at all, arrived about 3.30 am - pulled up outside and bus was already there to load our suitcases. Went into office, signed a form gave over keys, was given phone number for return and got on bus and driven straight to airport. No having to worry about parking car somewhere and having to trail family to some bus stop with all the luggage. On return home phoned straight after coming out and was told van was on the way. Walked over and luggage was all loaded on by driver, pulled up outside and car was waiting for us to drive off. Perfect service. No complaints.

we booked with callerton to leave our car whilst on holiday excellant service we didnt even get out the car they were there to take the car 2 minutes in the office then in minibus to airport on way back we phoned callerton to say we had landed they were there in 5 minutes will definatly use again very highly recomended keep up the good work

Really nice staff, polite, really fast, efficient service. Drop off and pick up 10 metres in front of the terminal. Couldn't be easier. Upon return, car always ready and waiting outside their office at the entrance. Will not leave my car with anyone else.

I was disappointed by two things. On returning I phoned and was told the vehicle was on its way to pick me up from where I had been dropped. I went there and after 20 minutes phoned again to be told two vehicles had been but had not found me. This was untrue - I did not move and a yellow minibus soon arrived, the first yellow minibus to appear. When I picked up my vehicle it was covered in foliage debris and splattered with bird droppings on the bonnet, roof, passenger window and front window necessitating a thorough car wash.

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.

EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.

On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified timeTransfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
