I've used your parking twice now and both times I have been very happy with the service, the office staff and drivers are very friendly and made me feel very comfortable in there presence, I had no worries about my car being parked in your parking facility as i knew it was quite safe :-). thank you for a very good experience.

I have used Callerton Parking several times and have always found them, very reliable, efficient and the cheapest to use. Their check in procedure is very well organised, paperwork is always ready, whilst 1 of your party books in and hand over your car keys, the other is helped to load cases onto bus, there is no hanging around. The transfer is 5 mins from airport, and on return you ring Freephone number and are picked up at same drop off point. I can highly recommend them.

Easy to find and very close to the airport, transfer really only took 3-4 mins. On the way back lots of people off our flight and only one mini bus but it would only be a few minutes for those that had to wait for next mini bus run.

Just one point . reliance on contact thru paper came unstuck for me as I lost it while on holiday. So was unable to contact you on my return and could only ring your free phone number on your e/mail.would be benifit if you could transfer the same information to email instead of paper.or at least the choice However I will still use your facility in future thanks.

The car park was very easy to find, staff were very helpful and the transfer was only 2 minutes away from the airport, and on return our vehicle was ready for us to leave as soon as we were back at the car park and for the weeks stay the pricing was very competitive.

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.

EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.

On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified timeTransfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
