Excellent service soon as we arrived a mini bus took us to airport unloaded our bags for us and wished us a good holiday .... On way home had to phone to say we needed picking up and only took 10 minutes to arrive then as we got to the carpark to start our car it wasn't starting the lads there hooked it up to another can with jump leads and sorted it straight out .... Excellent service will use again

I have used this company in the past several times and again they did not disapoint everything went smoothly from checking my car in to been dropped off at the airport took only 15 minutes .I will be using them again in the very near future.

First time I have used parking facilities at any airport. No problems whatsoever. Most helpful when we were delayed in Spain for 2 hrs. Probably would have given the extra star but as it was the first time we have used this arrangement no one else to compare with. Many thanks to you and your staff. Most helpful.

Everything ok but you could do with running more than one shuttle bus at busy times. It was a bit of a free for all to get on the bus on return from holiday and we were just lucky that we were not standing around in the rain.

We were very upset regarding the state of our vehicle when we returned from holiday, the car had been parked under trees and was covered in sticky seeds so bad that we were unable to drive until we had cleaned all the windows. this was very poor service...

Arrival and return greetings were very good. My concern was that my car had obviously been parked by reversing deeply into bushes. The resultant marking or staining of the car required me to clean the car immediately on my return home when I found a handful of leaves, dead blossom etc in the joint between the rear of the car and the tailgate which was difficult to remove.

Much better service this time round. When I left my car parked here 2 years ago I found it had been bumped badly but because it was early hours in the morning and dark it was not noticeable. When I rang the next day to tell them abbout this the man was no help to me whatsoever and would not look at thd ctv footage for me to see who had caused the damage. I am a big beliver in giving 2nd chances which is why I returned to this car park and had a much better experience this time round.

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.

EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.

On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified timeTransfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
