Heading to SOF for 6 nights, have used this car parking service many times over the years. Pleasant staff, quick service & transport to the airport. Upon return, waited 5 minutes for pick up, friendly night shift guy in desk, all in all ten minutes or so & I was away on my homeward journey. Can recommend. 10 out of 10.

As always a very good service and very pleasant staff, quick pick up on the return home and car always ready so you can get off quickly and they stop where your car is so you don;t have to drag all of your luggage to find it, Will be booking for our holiday in the next couple of days to make sure we can get a booking.

Airport parking was very good. However on my return after ringing the company I was not informed where to go to get a lift back for my car I was left standing outside the airport at 3.30 in the morning. It was not until my 3rd or 4th phone call that I was informed were I would get a lift. When I did eventually get a lift back to my car the driver was so very very helpful and I would like to thank him,

Always excellent service! This particular time was fabulous as it was a horrible flight landing into Newcastle at 02.30 And therefore we were exhausted and miserable. The driver who collected us from the airport was fab! He was so funny and made the final step a joy! The drivers are not ala Ways interactive and some can be very miserable but the driver on Sunday 16th September was spot on! Thank you 😀

Really slick experience! Have used this service many times. Staff are friendly and helpful and everything runs like clockwork; from dropping off the car to being transported to airport. Bus to collect us from airport arrived almost immediately on leaving the terminal. Excellent value too and far cheaper than taxis. Well done!

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking
Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.
SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.
EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.
On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.
On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified timeTransfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
