Quite quick but could maybe do with more vans and drivers when its busy as can be waiting a while. Otherwise we always use the company. Good value for money.

Now the airport manage all the car parks I think they need at least one mini bus for each car park. We were picked up in the rain and another couple had to wait until the bus went to park and fly and callerton then come back for them. Callerton never made you wait more than five minutes, bearing in mind the amount of money that is being charged per car the service could be alot better.

Easy to book online. Easy location to find. Swift service, from handing in car keys, being driven and dropped off at the airport. Upon return, same pickup point as dropped off week previously. Approx 5-10 min wait for rotating shuttle service back to car collection point. You will also continue to receive discount emails monthly for use next time, which, you can pass onto family and friends to use. Have used this same parking firm for 5 years now and service always professional.

This has been the second time we have used Callerton Parking. Once again, the service was excellent and everything ran smoothly. A great location, a few mins. from Newcastle airport, friendly and helpful staff and car parked near exit ready for us to depart in on arrival back in UK. We will definitely reuse again very soon!

Not as quick as senatol at leeds/Bradford as it is slow checking in and had to wait about 10 mins for mini bus where as Leeds/Bradford is super fast.

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking
Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.
SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.
EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.
On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.
On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified timeTransfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
