I use callerton parking every year normally twice every year a little let down this year although it was easy to use very friendly staff, This year when I collected my car they were muddy footprints in drivers side foot well on my black carpets ,and who ever had drove it for drop off and collection was a smoker not saying they smoked in the car but it had a terrible smoke smell off driver ,which after 12 mile journey home and a quick polish has now gone as a non smoker it is not a nice thing but overall,frendly and good value

Helpful staff on arrival, dropped my keys off and taken by mini bus straight to the terminal. On return telephoned them whilst at the baggage collection point and they arrived to collect us as we stepped out of the airport. Will definitely use again

Swift, well-organised outfit. Looked a bit of a scruffy setting and car was very dirty outside on collection but it was fine. Have used before and would definitely use again. Very cheap compared to other airport parking.

On arrival luggage was quickly loaded on to transfer bus and key hand over and paper work was straight forward, transfer to airport was quick. On return transfer bus was waiting and transfer was also quick back to our car but on collecting our car I was upset to find the car was covered with mud on the lower parts of the body work, the carpets in the drivers side foot well and on loading the luggage in to the boot my tools and personal items were strewn all over the boot floor only to suggest that the car had not been treat with any respect.Another customer said to me that there car was also a mess and they had just had there car valeted.

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.

EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.

On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified timeTransfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
