We arrived at the car parking facilities at 04:00am and was immediately greeted by two employees whom booked us in and assisted in placing our bags from our car to the transit vehicle in preparation for the short drive to the airport. On our return we followed exactly what was asked of us on the yellow receipt slip, ie phone the car park once clear of the customs. Within 5 minutes the transit bus was on site ready to transfer us to the car park. Overall a very professional service which I would recommend to anyone who likes to travel stress free.

As ever the whole process of drop off and pick up from Newcastle Airport is a credit to all the staff at Callerton Parking. Within 5 minutes of arrival I was on the bus back to the airport terminal (5 minute trip). On arrival when bags collected the minibus turned up within 5 minutes for the return trip. Our car key was handed over on the minibus and the car was waiting at the entrance for a quick tranfer. Great service all round.

We have used Callerton car parking several times, and would definitely recommend it to all my family and friends. The service is very good, always get a nice greeting going there and back to collect our car.The price has always been good, also nice and handy for airport, not to far away for our transfer, after we have reached the car parking. I generally use Callerton at Newcastle. They are reliable. On this occasion I discovered I had lost £5 in coins (parking etc money) after I returned home. I rang Callerton and I am pleased to say that they immediately agreed to reimburse me when I next leave my car with them.

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.

EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.

On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified timeTransfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
