Very close to airport and easy to find from directions. Taken straight to airport with no delay. On return - just missed minibus but still only 10 min wait. Car parked at front of carpark ready for us to put bags straight into and drive away. The car had puncture and wheel had been changed. Would definitely use again and recommend.

All good. Only problem was that on return, phone constantly engaged (for at least 15mins) so delayed pickup from airport. Several other passengers had same experience. Obviously, just a busy period but not ideal standing in cold hoping minibus on its way. Not a huge problem and it won't stop me using Callerton in the future.

Have had nothing but praise in the past,but not so good this time.Had to make a second 'phone call to chase them up once we had collected our luggage.No liaising it would seem 'tween base and drivers.

I travelled to Callerton in very thick fog and was met by cheerful friendly staff, who completed the admin procedure quickly. I handed my keys to a member of staff, boarded the mini bus and was taken to the airport. The whole procedure took no more than ten minutes. On arrival back in the UK, I telephoned the number I had been given and the mini bus arrived to collect me in the time it took to exit the airport. Fantastic service, I will definitely book with them again.

Excellent service from start to finish. Courteous staff,efficient and smooth operation,no delays. On our return, our car had a flat tyre. A helpful guy immediately went for an electric inflator and fixed it. We were on our way within minutes. Great service, great attitude! We have used FHR at Newcastle for several years and they will continue to be our first choice.

Good service, had to wait a while for pick up from airport as the telephone operator thought we had been collected. Not good after 12 hours travelling, otherwise fine.

Quick and friendly service, and great value for money. We arrived and quickly got the car booked in. The reception staff were very friendly and courteous. Once booked our bags were loaded into the bus and we were in the airport in a few minutes. when we returned I rang the office as instructed and by the time I got outside the bus was waiting. The car was waiting for us at the car park and we were soon on our way home. Thank you for such a fast, and friendly service. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for airport parking.

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.

EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.

On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified timeTransfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
