Excellent service as always from start to finish. Have always and will always continue to use Callerton. However, I would have appreciated being told the car would be parked at a different facility as there were an extra 13 miles on the clock when I picked the car up!

No hassle in or out, very pleasant staff/drivers (even when aircraft was delayed.) No trouble on pickup. Park could possibly do with a more prominent sign as not ever using your services before we originally went to the first park we came to, Newcastle Airparks to be told 'not us, you want over the road' We will use again

I was very concerned about how close the cars are parked together. Some staff were friendly, some not! Quite rude in fact! Not really the kind of attitude anyone expects especially when you're starting your holiday. The transit van taking us to the airport was falling apart, literally. The bus returning us was much better but the seat was soaking wet and stained my trousers. Would I use you again? No.

Man on reception was obnoxious , cheeky and arrogant , the mini bus taken to the airport was in total disrepair , to say it was a skip on wheels is an understatement !! Our vehicle on return had n extra 13 miles on the mileometer ?? Will not be using the facility again !

Good service, we dropped car off and were taken quickly to airport. The staff were very helpful and efficient. On our arrival back we rang the office and were collected within a few minutes. Would definitely use again.

Just what i would expect for £37 for a week (Dirty and delapatated bus that had seen better days with a driver in a hurry). Also someone had driven my car when i was away as the contents of the boot had been spilled and it had a few more miles on it (but not many). I have given it a 4 rating as on the way home the service was first class (the bus was in the same shape mind you) but the service from the call to be picked up and the driver have to be commended and the car was in the same shape as when i left it ( no damage). You know when you land back in the UK and you have a four and a half hour drive back home you just want to get in the car and go well that is exactly what happenned. Overall i would use this company again as it does what it says on the tin with no frills great value for money !!!

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.

EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.

On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified timeTransfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
