Excellent start to the holiday. The car park is easy to find and only a two minute bus journey to and from the airport. The staff are relaxed and courteous. We have used them twice now and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Very efficient, quick service, great price, nice folks. After we arrived and checked in, the minibus had us dropped off by the bus shelter right outside the terminal at NCL. All happened within 13 mins, beginning to end. The transport is necessarily a small van in order to get you as close to the terminal as possible, unlike some others who dump you 300 m away in the rain. No thrills but no fuss - just what I want! Will gladly use them again.

Transfers to and from airport were very efficient. Staff were very friendly. Only downside was our car was covered in debris from a tree and inside the drivers door was covered in mud. I think we were just unlucky were our car was parked, but they could have cleaned all the mud and mess off the car prior to pick up. We would use callerton parking again.

this is a basic outdoor lockup car park. I would suspect privately owned and therefore to be encouraged. Friiendly, courteous service. We did not haven y waiting time either for transfer to airport or for pickup. Very close to airport, so minimal transfer time.

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.

EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.

On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified timeTransfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
