All round good experience, we had a four hour flight delay were a bit worried if this would effect the booking but but this was not an issue. Pleasant drivers.

The car park is easy to find, well sign- posted from main road. We arrived at 03:45 to be greeted by a very grumpy elderly man who had a very brusque manner & an unkempt appearance. The transfer van was not clean & ? roadworthy. We were told to climb into the front seat which as an elderly couple was very difficult & told abruptly to just sit on a discarded grubby jacket!! The service upon our return was marginally better though our vehicle was not ready for our collection & we had to wait in the rain as there is no other provision apart from a practically derelict scruffy office. And NO we will not be using the car parking again.

Coaches used for transfers are ancient and very scruffy. Service however is good and cheapest around.

i was very dissapointed to find that the drivers side carpet and door trim had heavy muddy deposits from whoever parked my car,the car gets valleted every two weeks and had just been done the day before our flight

Very impressed by the quick service and prompt pick ups . This is my third time of using callerton parking and wish i had used them on previous occasions instead of taking taxis , would definitely recommend to a friend

within 5 mins the car was away & we were on a bus to the airport. on landing after a quick phone call & 5 mins the bus turned up to collect us. the car was ready & waiting when we got to the storage. would def use again & recommend. thanks.

Too many cars parked close together. The entrance was very tight with cars proving difficult to enter and leave the car park

The entrance to the drop off facility is very poor and cramped. It was busy at the time we arrived and the was not much space to park. The transfer vans, although functional, looked in poor condition. Indeed we had to climb out of the back doors at the airport as teh driver could not open the side door that we had enter by. However, the overall service given was extremely good. The time to pick airport transfer after our return at 4am was very impressive. We were on the road home after being picked uop and being reunited with our vehicle within 10 minutes. We wouold use your services again if needed.

The transfer coach was scruffy and dirty.When i picked up my car it was very dirty and looked like it had been parked under a tree all week covered in leaves etc despite the fact car went in clean. On the plus side it is very close to the airport and staff were very friendly.

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.

EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.

On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified timeTransfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
