We have now parked here several times excellent service. Everything to plan all times and once I left my handbag in transfer taxi at 2 in the morning and they brought it to the airport as soon as I had realised I had lost it.

Will continue to use this car park & have recommended it to various other people. However on our latest return 19/06/2013 the outside of the car was in a right mess, must have been parked under some trees & the whole surface was covered in sticky debris from falling seeds / flowers & cost £7 at the carwash

The only negative is that the inside of the transit van was very dirty. It was obvious that the interior had not been cleaned in months. Not particularly pleasant for transporting children or babies.

Transfer between carpark and airport was quick and efficient. Returning erly hours of the morning there were a few people off the same flight, so was little wait - not too bad tho. Office staff could have been a little more polite when going into collect my keys I was asked in a rough tone "what do you want?" wasn't that obvious???

I hate to pay at the airport with their extortionate costs, its places like this that are needed. Excellent services from start to finish. The old gentleman behind the counter even knew the flight times from me saying where I was going and who with. Years of experience there. If you are flying out of Newcastle use Callerton Park. Very highly recommend them.

We usually book this site because it offers value for money. The transfer time is very good and we never have to wait for the transfer vehicle more than a few minutes. The reception staff are always efficient and there is no time wasting. On the negative side the transfer vehicle is old and could do with being updated, some of the drivers could be a bit more pleasant, but on the whole we feel we get. Wry good service for the money.

attitude very abrupt and unfriendly on arrival told to hurry up he had to go even though we were 10 min early to booking time on return found them very rude and thugish and we found damage to car they blamed us will never use again or recommend

reason for low rating car park facilities was the coach we used was filthy and was obviouse of some maintainance.as ex coach driver myselfthe drivers did,nt have much enthusiasm about there duties

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.

EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.

On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified timeTransfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
