We were somewhat taken aback by the appearance of the car park on arrival - easily mistaken for scrap yard than the more formal, modern car parking we've had elsewhere, but the service was second to none: friendly, helpful, polite, quick transfer to the airport. And when our flight was cancelled resulting in 24 hr delayed return, no issues whatsoever, nor charges. Conclusion: don't judge the place by appearance, but on the quality of the service.

Reception was a hut and it stunk of dogs. There were 2 massive dogs behind an unclosed door and one of them came charging out at me barking. I was very shocked by it and the girl behind the desk just said "it's ok he won't hurt you!". When I returned the car was filthy and I had set the tripometer to zero and there were a few miles on the clock?? The service overall was second class. I have a lovely car and would not risk leaving it with these ill mannered and unprofessional people ever again.

Transfers quick and easy staff pleasent, transit van not very clean tape holding door handle on, inside paneling half onmust have been a work van at sometime but having said all that cheapest car parking only in the van 5 minutes

I was a little concerned as I have never used this service before but everything was so easy and spot on. the staff were pleasant both on booking in and booking out and waiting for me as I came out of the airport. I found it an excellent experience and will be using it again in August and also September Many thanks. DB

Managed without issue to find it and park. People i dealt with were pleasant and helpful. car was ready for me upon my return. no fuss and quick turnaround. As its a very dusty place my car was filthy and it must have been sat under a tree so you can imagine the side of my car. It's literally covered in bird muck. Nothing a good car wash won't sort but didn't really need that on top of washing holiday clothes! Other than that I would use again.

The car park did not look inviting and the reception area looked as if needed some sprucing up. Overall it served its purpose with the transfers being efficient.

The driver of the minibus had an attitude problem collecting us on our return when dropping us off to pick our car up he gave us our car keys and left us stood for 20 minutes while he picked up some other passengers up we were obviously blocked in . We would never use these again it proves a point the cheapest arent the best.

Excellent service. All staff knew what they were doing and had their specific jobs ie parking cars, reception and coach driver. Very busy on day of arrival so waited about 10 mins for lift to airport but not a problem. On return rang up and was picked up within 10 mins and car was ready and waiting when we got back, we were also helped with our cases into the car.

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking
Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.
SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.
EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.
On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.
On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park.
