On arrival staff were friendly and helpful and everything went smoothly and efficiently, on return, driver was a little surly, also when I got home in daylight I noticed some blue paint marks on side of my car which definately were not there before, obviously I am not going to go back to car park to complain but this might put me off in future although I had already booked for a trip in 3 weeks time.

The car park is very easy to access, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the transfer time is less than 5 minutes. Within 10 minutes of leaving the terminal you are on your way home. Altogether a excellent service.

EXCELLENT FRIENDLY STAFF GOOD SERVICE WOULD LIKE TO SUGGEST CALLERTON ROAD SIGN MISSED MY TURN POINT ALSO A QUICK HOSE DOWN OF CAR TO REMOVE HEAVY DIRT A COUPLE OF MINUTES WITH A PRESSURE CLEANER WOULD DO THE JOB THIS WOULD MAKE YOU TOP AIRPORT PARKING WORTH A THOUGHT ? Had to wait over half an hour to get picked up from the drop off point as there was only 2 buses running and far too many people arriving from flights. There was no queuing system at all, just 1st to get on the bus. My son had to sit on the floor of the bus!

The facilities are tatty and untidy my wife was herrassed by the large dog they have I wonder if you have seen this place for yourselves before selling it to the public !!!

Car was extremely dirty after paring here.. Not only outside!!! Inside was full of mud too!!! No sorry or cleaning on arrival either!!

Car was dented on site and Callerton would not admit liability for this which has left us fuming as the car is only 2 months old and I washed and polished the car the night before we took it to the car park and couldn't have happened before hand The one the other staff called boss picked us up from the airport and threw our cases into the bus and was miserable too I will never go back again and I will tell all family friends and my customers never to go again and I fix loads of local cars too

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.

EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.

On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified timeTransfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
