Friendly, helpful and very considerate staff. Don't expect a highly stylised establishment. It is basic but reliable and very efficiently run. Very good value for the competitive cost.

As a lady traveller and normally travelling alone on business I feel great comfort from this service rather than walking from / to the long stay car park with all my luggage. At least this way I cross the road and the pick up is quick. thanks for the good service.

The driving was good ,we missed the bus from the airport to the car park because the signwriting was too small black and yellow and too insignificant to be seen in the dark . The car must have been in a muddy field or driven through some deep muddy ponds because it needed to be power washed. The mini bus in general used for transfer had seen better days .

transfer bus had seen better days and was not clean inside. Seats were battered and torn. Not much inter-action with driver, in fact no conversation at all and he could have taken more care with his appearance. Very casually dressed to say the least. You get what you pay for.

I would NOT recommend this parking site, some individuals are RUDE, BAD MANNERED, the mini busses are a disgrace and most of all have no health and safety procedures. We were crammed onto a bus and had no seat belt. My grandson and another child where nearly squashed between 2 mini buses as the driver was so set on pulling away to collect the remainder of the passengers at the airport. NEVER EVER AGAIN

No problems except its time they got a decent mini bus for the transfer to and from airport lucky its not very far. Also its cheaper to book with FHR and we can pay with credit card than Callerton Car Park where you have to pay by cash or cheque.

On arrival 18th May 04.30hrs busy period & only one booking person, one moving cars & only one driver with no organisation to who was to be taken to the airport to suit flight times for each person which could of crated a problem due to my flight time 06.35hrs I had to push myself forward to get on the next bus as it was taken upto 30 mins from arrival for transfer this needs sorting out. No problems on return

I was recommended to this service by a colleague. The whole service was functional and went without a hitch. The appearance of the site was cramped and the transport a bit rough around the edges but I thought it was fit for purpose.I was concerned about the time for transfers to airport but they were prompt.There was a chilly wait on return but overall I was happy with the experience.

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.

EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.

On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified timeTransfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
