only problem was the transfer coming home there should be a system where the bus driver knows which order the phone calls from the airport as when a bus turned up at the terminal it was a free for all with some people just getting on the bus before others who gave their case to the driver and therefore we had kids in push chairs and their parents outside the bus with their luggage inside and no room left , certainly some sort of system needs to be put in place

On arrival at 5am (very cold)we had to wait outside for 15 minutes for the transfer. Return was very good waited 5minutes for transfer and car was parked at the entrance ready to go.

Accidentally booked this company.... Whilst initial appearance was less attractive than company used previously I can assure future users that the service was more than satisfactory. Transfers were speedy and made the overall journey so simple.

I found this car parking very good, on arrival the mini bus was waiting so straight on and just offloaded cases into our car as it was already for to go, altogether it was only about fifteen minutes from arrival to driving off home.

The entrance area was crammed with vehicles - some trying to get out and others trying to get out. An accident waiting to happen as passengers were simultaneously trying do recover their luggage from your transfer vehicle. The transfer vehicle staff, whilst very efficient, did not seem very happy or friendly.

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.

EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.

On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified timeTransfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
