This was an efficient cheap parking experience. Transfers were fast. Office is a bit grim and parking of cars looks cramped, but just leave your keys and leave it up to the professionals to park it for you. All in all we would use them again!

Been with you on a few occasions. The only negatives are the reception and shuttle buses could do with a good clean especially the seats in the bus. If I had good clothes or light coloured i wouldn't want to sit down!!

On the whole we were satisfied with the car park etc but would like to say that my car had obviously been parked for 9 days under a tree and was in fact COVERED all over with bird dirt. Now I don't expect it to been clean but it cost us a fortune and some hard labour to get the "mess" off the car.My car is only a year old and the birds had obviously been eating blue berries which was a beggar to shift.This is my only negative comment and it wouldn't put me off using the park again however if it happened again I would consider changing to another park.

I've used Callerton many times and they offer a first class service. Don't be put off by the dodgy wallpaper in reception, the staff are very friendly, efficient and courteous. I've changed flights at short notice and they are always very accommodating. They offer great value for money and I know my car is in safe hands. I have recommended them to friends who have been equally happy with their service.

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.

EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.

On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified timeTransfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
