car had extra 10miles on, I think somebody had been playing with my sat.nav. the settings were not as I left them and the mats /footwell drivers side was very dirty

I find there's never any delay either departing or returning, with Callerton. As soon as you arrive back, your car is ready for you, and at the front of the Q, so that you can drive away without delay.

Cheapest facility without doubt - but: Drivers seemed disinterested in customers Site was a mess Car was dirty when collected including muddy boot prints in BOTH driver and passenger footwell! A little more attention to customer relations would be reassuring especially when the customer is leaving probably their most valuable possession and the keys!

POSITIVE : RECEPTION & TRANSFER STAFF; SPEED OF TRANSFERS NEGATIVE : CAR ON RETURN LOOKED LIKE IT HAD BEEN PARKED IN A FIELD - MUDDY TYRES & WHEELS / WHEEL ARCHES. VERY DISAPPOINTING :-(

Car left with muddy marks in drivers footwell AGAIN transfer moni bus not clean and had no fire extinguisher despite notice saying it had. Standards at this firm nowhere near as professional as it was or others currently are.

Alterations had been made to the car wing mirror settings and the heater settings had been turned to maximum ie. 32 degrees + fan on max . Previously fan on auto and settings on 22 degrees. !

Ok going but transfer driver on return was impatient and quite abrupt Also for the whole 5minute journey he was on his mobile phone as the office was shut and call were getting diverted to him

The staff and drivers are always very helpful, assisting with baggage in and out of car boots, and this journey we came back to several inches of snow at Newcastle. They had scraped the snow off windscreens and windows in readiness for our return, so we could just drive away! Thank you Callerton!!

Very pleased with the service. The transfers were really quick, quicker than parking on airport and waiting for their courtesy bus. The only slight negative were the directions to the carpark. Maybe using the pub, Wheatsheaf(?) as a landmark. Will definitely use again and recommend.

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.

EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.

On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified timeTransfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
