Return driver thought he was in a Grand Prix, we were bouncing around all over in the back. Apart from that great service. Just remind your driver the passengers need a comfortable ride.

Checking in was quick and easy. Luggage was transferred to a mini bus and two minutes to airport dropoff. Clear instructions on how to contact the park for collection on return. The mini bus was there two minutes after our phone call. Free call available. Car was undamaged and unlike a previous experience with another park there was no extra mileage on my car. The parking cost more than %50 less than the taxi fare from our home and back.

cleaner brighter offices would ook good but might affect the price .Overall I would rather pay what I did than for plush offices

this is obviously a no frills service , the staff were plesant and efficient , I cannot comment on the level of security as I did not see where my car was stored , the tranfer bus was warm and clean. The price was competative

Last feedback I gave I commented that the security of the cars upon return to the park was poor, with the keys being left in the car and parked near unlocked gate. This visit the car was locked and the keys were return to me in person on the pick up bus. Well done!! Excellent sevice, keep it up.Thanks again would not consider using anyone else.

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.

EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.

On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified timeTransfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
