We always use Callerton as it is very convenient. As soon as you arrive your cases are taken from you and put on a mini bus ready to take you to the airport. They park your car for you and when you return your car is ready for you. You just have to ring as soon as you have your luggage and the mini bus comes for you.

Dear Sir we will never use this car park again we had to wait for 45 min to get picked up at the airport after an argument with the oner and his drivers NEVER AGAIN WILL NOT USE THIS CAR PARK AGAIN

apart from a bit of congestion after pulling in which resulted in an impatient driver slightly catching the rear side of my car with his mirror while I was checking in,and because it was dark at the time could not check it until my return. the mark was minute and the other driver did not mention the bump ,my partner who was still in the car at the time told me about it.That was the only fault so if they can rectify the waiting area problem everything else is good value for money

The dog frightened the lif out of me on arrival to the reception, I have a phobia for dogs and this one stopeed me right in my tracks - I fly to Finland 2 weeks today and as such will use the airport for parking on tthe back of thios - sorry

Generally good service again, already booked for 4 weeks time. Security issue is due to the fact the keys are already in the car ignition upon return via the shuttle bus,would these not be better kept in the office and the cars locked?

Found the reception was dark and dreary. Car park was quite muddy and I found when I picked the car up my mat and the car doorway was dirty. Car was not checked when I got there for scratches etc Have used airparks and purple before and they are far superior to Callerton in my opionion.

cheap car parking and good service, but some cars get parked in places were the car could get dirty if weather is bad. They used to wash your car so it was clean on pickup. But overall a good service which i have booked on several occasions.

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.

EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.

On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified timeTransfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
