On arrival at Callerton parking they did not have us registered even though I had a confirmation of the booking, the mini bus we were taken to the airport in was ready for the scrap heap i.e. very old vehicle, handles not working on doors, seats ripped and the stuffing hanging out, not a comfortable journey even though it was only a few minutes.

There was no problems with the car park - the transfer vehicles were old and very dirty inside - you needed to wipe your feet on the way out! Everybody on-board commented.

Minibus on return journey had a faulty gear box. Reception could be smartened up a bit. It doesn't give a very good impression.

Very basis Reception and Toilet facility. Hard standing immediatley in front of reception was poor. HOWEVER, the transfers were speedy, the staff friendly and efficient. My car was just as I'd left it and of Course the price was right. I'd use it again and recommend it to others.

SPEEDY TRANSFER AS CLOSE TO AIRPORT. CAR EASY TO LOCATE ON RETURN - SPEEDY PICK UP WHEN WE RETURNED - ONLY MINOR COMPLAINT - CAR WAS COVERED IN THICK LAYER OF LEAVES ETC. IT WAS TOO DANGEROUS TO PROCEED WITHOUT REMOVING THE WORST OF IT!

The site, office and transfer bus are all very run down, but well organised and well priced. Although our return trip involved a 30 minute wait for the bus back to the car park.

Looks like a scrap yard (could do with a real tidy up) when you pull into it but the staff were very friendly, courteous and very punctual on return. The transfer minibus has seen better days (a long time ago). For image sake this should be updated. Couldn't see the "state of the art" security but we didn't see where the car went. Very good value and car was ready outside the reception when we got out of the minibus. Fantastic service but looks delapidated.

The van that made the pick ups and drop offs was not shiny and polished, but for the 2 minute you were in it, it made no difference. The drivers were a class act, messing about with the children and making them laugh before we got to the airport and so became part of the holiday. Great friendly service and would highly recommend this company....I will defiantly be using them again.

Cheap and convenient with transfer to Airport only a few minutes. Friendly and efficient service. Storeage area looks congested and disorganised but car was ready and waiting when we returned. Transfer coach a bit of a wreck.

Although to me personally it is not the most clean and professsional parking company, I have to say that I got what i paid for. I am sure they will and do offer more secure and professsional services, ie: secure parking. As i only went away for a week and this company was local i was prepared again to pay the cheapest i could find, although if i required in the future i would not hesitate to pay for a more premium service.

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking
Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.
SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.
EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.
On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.
On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park.
