We had two vehicles booked into the car park and on return, both had recorded approx. 14 miles of travel in our absence. I presume they were driven to an alternative compound however, this was not something we were made aware of at time of booking/drop off.

Had to wait over half an hour in cold n wet at 4am for pickup then whole party couldn't fit in!! Old crappy mini bus for transfers. Car has travelled some miles during its stay?!?? Car seat moved and adjusted up not just forward!!!! Odometer zeroed to hide mileage!!!!

What a company I must admit I did have my reservations about using this company as they were cheap etc but i was so wrong. From the min we arrived till the min we left after our holiday we were treated like royalty the drivers on the shuttle were superb they really made the whole scenario real well done guys have no hesitation in recomending you to friends etc see you next year

Used This car park many times, not the best to look at but does the job. Have had no real problems in the past and transfers are quick. Transfer vehicles are well used and do not look their best (delapidated)but must be ok or wouldn,t be allowed to operate them. I will use them again for future trips.

We booked last minute, the day of travel and we were expected and greeted well at the site. The drivers were pleasant and got us to the airport and back promptly. The only criticism was the bus was old and dirty, but we were only in it 5 minutes. Good value for money overall.

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking
Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.
SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.
EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.
On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.
On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park.
