Positives - Close to the airport and cheapest option; Friendly drivers who helped with luggage and quick response to transfer request; easy booking system. Negatives - site looks rather run down; minibus very tatty and really not helping to instill confidence in the company - invest in a new one ASAP!

cannot comment on security as we simply left our car at reception and straight in mini bus. In reception greeted nicely, but the transport vans are very badly in need of a change! yes they got us there no bother, one day im sure they will be breaking down! Good job people havent got far to walk if they ever do. Thanks Mrs C M Johnson

Have used this car park & ride often just wish they had a better vehicle for taking people to the airport even though its only a few minutes ride.Came back yesterday from Krakow phoned them using my mobile and went straight to pick up point had to wait nearly 30 mins

The service provided was very good and could not fault the efficiency of the pick up/drop off. I would say that the tranfer coach could be doing with an upgrade as it was very worn and tired looking.

It would be nice if people who own this company DID not sit behind the reception desk with no shirt on and have a discussion about eating his sandwich.The vehicle that was used to do the transfer to airport badly needs to be replaced and checked over as I thought it did not meet the road traffic act. On the return it was fast and a bit nail biting driving. Other people who were in the vehicle said just as I have put down as for the money it was not good value, I will not use or recommend I will look around the area for an other company.

I have used this car park several times over the years. Any time I have done so, it has been because it was the cheapest, and yet it is within less than 5 minutes of Newscastle Airport. Furthermore, check-in is very fast and painless and I have never had to wait more than a minute or two before leaving for the airport. Coming back is also always highly efficient...You are given a number to call and within 5 minutes, the transfer bus is there to pick you up. For my wife and myself, these features are of great importance as we have a 65 mile drive to and from our home in the Scottish Borders. On the way out, we are always anxious about time and checking in at the airport on time, and on the way back, we are always keen to get on our way and get home. Airport parking is always expensive. This operator gives you a budget service and I would certainly use them again. With budget parking there comes one or two risks such as scratches to your car but if you check your car before departing to cover yourself then everything should be ok.

could not ask for any better. as soon as we drew in the staff were there to help with luggage and then ushered us to the minibus to take us straight to the airport. on the way back the minibus was there within minutes of making the phone call to say we had our luggage.

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking
Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.
SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.
EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.
On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.
On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park.
