Easy to book online, straight forward procedures for dropping the car off and collection. Would have preferred for the pickup bus to be there on arrival but we did not have to wait to long for it to turn up.

Does exactly what it says on the tin. No frills just gets the job done. My only concern is price. I travel 5-6 times a year from Newcastle Airport, I think regular travellers should get better discount.

Quick and easy. Got to the park handed our keys in and straight on the bus to the airport. Polite friendly staff. When we returned just waited a few minutes at the bus stop, then the bus turned up, loaded up and off we went, again friendly driver, a young lad came out with our keys and off home. Would recommend . Thanks

great service , I have used this company before and will use them again. just hand your car keys over and they took us to the airport within 5 minutes. same again on pick up, waited only about 10 mins max, no damage to car on return so they look after it.

Collection from the airport is not good as the drivers turn up and decide which car they are going to rather than going to all so you end up waiting until there are enough customers to go to Callerton . Not the best service this year. Should go to all parks taking the customers as per place in the queue or have dedicated minibuses/stops.

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.

EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.

On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified timeTransfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
