Excellent, speedy no fuss transfers both to airport and back. All staff were pleasant and polite. Car was waiting for me near the office on my return. Beats relying on family and taxis for transfers. Have used it several times and will continue to do so in the future. Thank you Callerton at Newcastle airport.

Dropped car at Callerton & got transferred to Newcastle airport all in 10 minutes. On arriving back at Newcastle a week later, it was the same hassle free process in reverse. Would recommend Callerton and have used them , without complaint, many times in the past.

We always generally give a five star rating as we use the company regularly. The reason for low score this time is because the front of our car and windscreen was covered in bird muck, very noticeable as our car is black!

The parking was great but finding it was very difficult. The instructions tell you that sat nav wont get you there but neither did the directions on the instructions. I tried to ring but the lnes were busy much of the time. We got there eventually but just hate the panicky feeling that you get when you cant find the car park. Will pay the coup,e of quid extra next time to park on the airport

Only negative was waited too long to be picked up from airport it was early hours of the morning luckily not too cold but there where lots of people waiting and buses only carried 8 at a time , need more transfer buses or larger ones

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.

EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.

On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. However if you wish to forward details to customerservices@bookfhr.com we will
can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified timeTransfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
