The service was efficient with friendly staff. My only issue is the arrival pick up at Newcastle airport. We had a 20 min approx. wait until the mini bus appeared to pick up passengers to take us to our cars. 18 people were waiting at the stop for this pick up. The transport to other long term parking appeared to be more timely. For your information we travelled home at on Saturday evening from Fuerteventura and plane was delayed by 15 mins. only. Thanks

We have used callerton parking quite a few times. This time we missed our flight, we waited 35 minutes for transport, at the new bellair site. As it was half term in Scotland, we couldn’t get a flight for over a week to faro, so had to fly to nice, them Lisbon then to faro, all at our own expense. The elderly gentleman on duty that morning was very unhelpful and abrupt.

Having used you twice in the last month the only problem is when on returning the length of time spent at the pick up area . Long queue's and not enough small vans .

Great price, however more staff need employing as at check in there was only one person doing everything and he was struggling. On return there was only 2 buses working each able to carrier 8 persons to all off airport parking. There was 50 people waiting for transfers again not enough staff. Coming get some more staff, it should be possible the money you charge.

No problem with drop off Return was not up to previous standards. (1) long wait for bus to pick up from airport (2) 9 people ask to sit in a vehicle with only 8 seats this was unsafe as we were unable to fasten seat belts I am also sure had any accidents occured the insurance company would not have covered the passangers. (3) My car in the past has always been beside the reception when I have returned to collect it, not this tme.

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking
Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.
SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.
EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.
On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.
On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified timeTransfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
