Hi good service only bad point on was on arrival when standing waiting on the bus everybody it is a free for all with limited spaces. Could do with a sign saying which end to queue i was first at the bus stop but everyone just jumped onto the bus leaving us to wait for the next one even when i said something nothing was said

It's total chaos waiting for the bus to take us to our car , not knowing where to stand as there are other car park customers .waiting to jump on the first bus that comes no matter where you wait in the queue. Chaos

Arrived at car park on time and was met by a grumpy old man who offered no dialogue apart from 'give me your keys'. Transfer to and from park was good. When returning the attendant on duty was much more pleasant. Overall, I would definitely use this car park again especially if they gave their staff some people skills.

We have used Fullerton parking 4 times now. It's good value, stress free , you park up hand over your keys and go, the drivers are always friendly and chatty , we have never waited long to be transferred to and from the airport ,and you get dropped off just outside the airport you only have to go over the crossing and into the main building. we have a holiday booked again in march and will be using Fullerton again

Since the Airport has bought out the old Callerton set up it is clear that it is now run on a shoestring & the customer service is disgraceful. On departure the reception & shuttle to the airport was fine. On return at 8 pm we had to wait an unacceptable period before a bus arrived and customers booked into the main airport car park got priority & departed without those booked into Callerton/Bellair. In any case one bus was insufficient for the number of customers waiting. Eventually the original bus returned to pick up. On ringing the 24hr control service I was unable to obtain a satisfactory or courteous answer to any of my questions & requests. In the past the dedicated bus service was great they at least judged the required pick up time & had more capability to provide a service. I will definitely not use this service again!

Very handy for the airport, much better this time around as we were met on arrival not like last time where we had to wait and contact bookings number before anyone turned up to meet us which is the first time that has happened in all the times we have used this parking facility. We will still use this facility when going from Newcastle airport.

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking
Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.
SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.
EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.
On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.
On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified timeTransfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
