Going out brilliant service BUT on return we were not impressed - we had to search for our car as told ‘down there on your left’ - fortunately it was not raining. In the past we have always been able to see the car from reception. A backward step! We may book again (we are frequent flyers) as we have always had excellent service and this hopefully is a ‘one off’

Fantastic service very reliable felt at ease when checking the car in and when collecting after returning back to UK Felt at ease knowing my car would be safe and looked after. Bus ride to the terminal was very quick and efficient only had a couple of minutes wait for bus back to the car park. Job very well done great work

This is the second time we had to wait for some time due there being insufficient Mini Buses available to transport the waiting people, and yes t again it was raining

The outward bound service was very good. The return journey was nightmare. We were kept waiting for 40 minutes in a freezing cold wind. We just missed the first bus, The next bus to turn up was at the end of the drivers shift so went away empty. The next bus did not have room for everyone so we were left standing again. We managed to board the next bus, but other people in the queue wer left standing. I must stress that the staff and drivers were first class. We have used the old Callerton for many years. It was basic but very efficient. At the moment I can't see us using it again. Rolfe Mitchinson

Car was parked on the Bellair site. Service too and from the airport was, as usual, efficient and courteous. However although I had examined it at 03.00hrs I did not notice until I was home in daylight that the car a slight scrape on the nearside front corner. Obvious in daylight but not in the gloom of the car park. I accept the terms and conditions for parking and I would, because of the slight nature of the scratch and if I'd been informed, of acknowledged it and left the issue there. It is very disappointing therefore not to of be told of the scrape which must of been felt by whoever was parking the car.

Although the parking side of the operation was good when I collected the keys on my return I wasn't then shown the location of my car by the attendant. This was at 10pm and save for my wife catching a glimpse of the car when we were on route to the dropoff point in the parking area, we might still be looking for it yet!!

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking
Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.
SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.
EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.
On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.
On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park.
