No problems. All my needs went to plan. Drop of time for car and trip to airport. Driver friendly and helpful. Flight arrived back late but collection was staight forward. Only item I would change would be having to go and find car in a large car park in dark. Car park needs to have better lighting even if only set on sensors for when customers are around.

Calverton parking: have used this car parking several times find staff helpful and friendly good transfer service to airport, car is always waiting near reception on your return never have any worries about leaving car here, easily located a few minutes off the main road from Ponteland or from the main A1 would recommend this car park.

drop off no problem and pick up went well however the mini bus drivers do not want to drop back off@ Callerton as it takes longer and we had to wait a long time for a minibus to go back to Callerton on our return , this is the second time this has happened and we will not be using this car park again.

Arrived at Callerton Parking at specified time, Was dealt with fast and Efficiently, Transfer to Airport was within a few minutes after leaving keys with reception. On returning only waiting a short time before transfer arrived at Airport. Again dealt with efficiently, Would Definitely recommend Callerton Parking.

Always had a good experience at Callerton Parking but was a little disappointed on arrival back at Newcastle to find the attendant sent us in the wrong direction to get our car as in the past the car has always been parked near to the office for easy access.

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking
Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.
SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.
EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.
On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.
On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park.
