Preferred old Callerton parking , drop off service was good and car was not damaged when we got back. But ended up on the park and fly bus due to confusion when we got back. Better system was when you rang to say you were waiting for pick up

When I arrived at Callerton I was greeted by a very cheerful member of staff. He handled everything most efficiently, including arranging a full car valet that I booked. I was taken to the airport immediately, and when we got there the driver pointed out to me the correct place to wait when I returned. The following week I arrived back in the country, went across to the pick-up point, and a few minutes later I was on my way back to the car park. When I saw my car it was absolutely immaculate both inside and out. They had done a brilliant cleaning job on it ( I have to say it was in a right old state when I left it, so much so that I actually apologised to the gentleman on duty ). I congratulate Callerton Car Park staff on their great service. I won't hesitate to return. Thank you!

Hi got to airport parking was asked for an extra £9.00 because they was no flight on the day l had booked if that knew this why did not tell me at the time of the bookingI will tell why because it is a way of getting more money from you not good at all thanks

Our first choice every time. Easy to find location. Transfer very regular and quick. Easy pickup just outside airport. Car ready and waiting when you get back. Staff are very polite and friendly. I would also like to thank them as on our last trip we were on our way to the airport when I realised I had left something in the car the driver turned round and took us back to collect item without and hesitation. Big thank you to everyone.

Overall happy. However, when returning we found were on the wrong bus (although, I understood the same bus drops off at each surrounding car-parking site). The Driver had not asked us directly if we were for Park and Fly and was extremely rude when I said we were at Callerton. I did apologise for our mistake, to which he ranted, we had inconvenienced him as he had to move our cases to get to the other passengers' cases. Most unprofessional! Although answering Yes below, I would look for an alternative first as I do not appreciate bad Customer Service.

Great service going to airport, bus had a step to make it easy for me to get on and off BUT coming back bus step was broken plus they had to hunt for a step stool. Luckily one was found otherwise I could not use the service which has always been great. A big thank you to the driver on our return jouney, he really made the effort to help and to solve the proplem at 10.30 pm. To the Managent - help your drivers and sort out the buses - mand the steps or pay stools for each bus. Your drivers do a great job so make their working Enviroment / condition better.

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.

EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.

On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified timeTransfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
