Easy parking. Friendly staff member on the way out - little older he was but very customer focused. Close to airport. Only negative would be a little pricey £26 for 3 nights. That was with discount. Will use again but wil have to look at prices more carefully.

We have used Calverton for a number of years, and although they have been bought out by Newcastle airport parking, they have still kept their friendly, family approach.

Everything was fine. Our particular thanks to your staff who were excellent when we returned to find the car would not start. Help was given when it was found that the battery had run down - a quick charge and all was well. We shall be using you again for certain.

OK, what isn't clear is that ALL newcastle car parks are owned byb the same company, use the same vans for delivering people, BUT most importantly their is no compettion any longer, so no genuine price compettittion.

Good service as usual, however needed to wait a very long time to get a mini bus over to the terminal building because the driver left without us as he was loading a couple onto the mini bus as we arrived. This took some 25/30 minutes from checking in till we arrived at the terminal building.

everything was fine except that the car battery was flat and we had to bump start it, and if i`d been on my own, i couldn`t have done it. if the car had been moved in the days before we arrived back, something must have been left on, as the battery was fully charged when we left. apart from that we had no problems and i can only say it went like clockwork till then, and i will definitely use FHR every time i travel.

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.

EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.

On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified timeTransfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
