Very smooth operation. Dropped cars off and got connecting shuttle into Newcastle within 15 mins (we were a party of 12 with 3 vehicles) On our return a shuttle was waiting for us (one every 5 mins) and the cars were waiting at reception so we could transfer the cases without having to walk any distance! Staff were chatty and friendly. Would definitely recommend and use again.

The pick up vehicle should have a sign in the name of the company i.e. Callerton in the front window. Previously, before thr company was taken over my car had be brought from storage to outside the office, but yesterday i was just given the keys and told 'it will be up there somewhere' and i had to find it myself, with luggage, plodging through puddles!! Not good guys!!

Car seemd fine, airport was only a few minutes away. Going was outstanding but coming back we had to wait for 30 mins as the buses where full and when asked when we was going to get picked up we got a snotty response. Some of the drivers where moody but one driver had room in his (blue band, we was green) and kindly took us. He went out his way. So can't put all in the same category.

Had to wait a while to be picked up from airport back to car park, then when we got there no one was in the office to get our keys back, plus my car had been left open so anyone could have walked in and had access to the car,

Drop off - speedy and efficient. Return - 1330 hrs 20/10/2016 -not so good.Why do your drivers give priority to customers returning to Park and ride but refusing to go to Callerton until waiting customers became angry with them?

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.

EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.

On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified timeTransfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
