you would have got 5 stars if it hadn't been for returning in the dark & being a lady on my own looking in the dark for my car. I was told it was in the line, which I found it, but there was a man who followed me & I it was a little disconcerting..... but he was also looking for his car. Perhaps single ladies cars could be parked ready for collection nearer the reception

waited 30 mins for bus picking us up from airport.Nor informed would be park and fly bus,we looked for one with Callerton parking on it.bus driver at 1.00pm on Thursday unbelievably rude.Waited a while at Callerton parking on Thursday.staff member very pleasant but told us we should complain as so short staffed. 2 out of 5 from me.

No information on there computers of my booking when I checked in. .on return had to wait 15 ,20 minutes to be picked up and had to phone them ,but was instructed that we would be picked up on the camera at the stop were we had to wait

Quite happy with service although not as good as previously experienced. On return, one bus sent to pick up passengers to three different locations and driver had to call for another bus. On arrival at office it was locked as the attendant had to be at another location "across the road". Standing outside waiting during showers was no really very pleasing.

Excellent car park only few minutes from airport, transfers to and from airport were very good, only downside was when I returned home I found the front nearside bumper was marked. Unfortunately I did not check the car before leaving the car park. (The car has front and rear sensors so whoever drove the car must have known they had damaged the bumper) In future I will always check before leaving.

First class service. We parked our car on the journey there and we were transported to the airport within minutes. Our flight back was delayed for a short while but once again they were there to pick us up within minutes. Prices are very reasonable too. Will definitely use again.

Never had a problem before with this car park & used it for years but checking in this time was different. Only one perplexed guy on check-in with too many customers to cope with, he couldn't find my booking to begin with but eventually I got it sorted. Cars were backing up in the car park making it difficult for the shuttle bus to manoeuvre.

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.

EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.

On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. However if you wish to forward details to customerservices@bookfhr.com we will
can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified timeTransfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
