I booked by airport car parking through FHR, I cannot FHR, they have been brilliant, as I had to change details and these were all done immediately. Parking drop off and pick up... No problems. I would recommend and will use again.

As always, an effortless parking experience. After we were taken to the airport, we realised some documents had been left in our car. They were duly brought back to the airport for us within 10 minutes. Lovely, friendly staff.

I use callerton parking Newcastle a lot and for the first time I am very disappointed at the wait myself and my 5 family members endured on our pick up after our holiday. We where at the pick up point at 16:04 Wednesday 7th sept and after 3 calls made to enquire where our lift was, we where picked up at 16:55, that is nearly an hour with only the driver apologising and not knowing what the logistic problem was, care to call me with an explanation feel free 07721090851

I was very disappointed with this service. I have used Callerton many times before without any problem. When I was dropped I wasn't told anything. When I returned and was extremely ill and wanted to get home quickly the bus came and went but no one had told me the bus did not have Callerton on it. When eventually the bus came and asked me if I was for Callerton I stated that I had been waiting ages as no one had informed me the bus covered three car parks. I think they should have a sign on the bus telling you which car park they are going to.

Unmanned reception and door locked . We waited 10 minutes in case staff were doing a shuttle but when no minibus arrived rang the number and was told someone would be with us soon - a man arrived and said he was working over at the adjoining bell air site and rang them for a transfer driver - I would suggest that if the reception is to be ianned then clients should be informed to ring on arrival

My last review on Callerton is the same as this one. Since it was purchased by Newcastle airport the standards have gone downhill. Issues again on pick up as all the other parks use the same mini buses. Some families with children left distressed as its a free for all. We will not be using anything connected to Newcastle Airport again.

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.

EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.

On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified timeTransfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
