Return pick up. Driver was driving too fast and ignored or forgot my request to lower the step. He had neglected the step when he picked us up and my wife struggled to board. He then didn't remember to lower the step when we got to the car park. He seemed in a bad mood.

Very professional service both at start and end. A noticeably better service provided since change of owner/management etc at Callerton. I would always use Callerton Parking when flying from Newcastle as long as the price remains competitive and low as it is now.

Well what can I say we where early back into the air but we had to wait for 1 of our cases to come off the caracel but it didn't turn up but I phoned to tell them I wad waiting for a case and the guy said just make your way to the bus stop when you get it and I will send the bus round

I booked for 2 cars, there were7 of us in the party. Everything fine at the booking in, very efficient and polite. On return we were at the pick up point but unable to board the first bus as priority was given to fly and ride customers. We had to wait an additional 15 minutes and then the driver asked for fly and fire customers to come forward. I was unhappy with this, we had 2 young children in our party, I insisted he took us, and he then agreed to take us. Not a great experience, but hopefully this will not happen again.

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.

EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.

On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified timeTransfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
