Overall a good experience but there is a significant problem in that there is nowhere to shelter from the rain when the reception cabin is empty and locked because the staff member is doing something else.

Not for the first time did we have to wait a long time for our transfer from the airport. There are few flights to service at Newcastle,you have arrival flight times and you can see people waiting at the shelter.There is really no reason why a long wait for a transfer should arise.

Confusion upon return,waited at wrong bus stop,did not know special for parking and on cctv.perhaps notice on side of sheltrr could be pointed out when depositing at terminal.All staff extremely pleasant and helpful.

easy to find, easy to park and hand keys in. no wait for the bus as it was waiting. On return, we had to wait about 2 mins for the bus,which was excellent, then esy to get keys back and drive home. A simple easy experience, that we will definately use again

Drop off and transfer to airport was as we have always experienced. Unfortunately the pick up on our return was disappointing. (20 minute wait at least) - on our arrival at Callerton the reception was closed and we had to wait to collect the keys.

Really poor, wont be using Callerton parking (or any of its associates again). Their management should take a good look at car parking at Manchester or Liverpool airports, it might give them a good idea of how to operate an airport car parking service

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.

EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.

On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified timeTransfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
