Pre booked the 8 day parking through Money Saving Expert as it worked out the cheapest. The onsite parking & office area has been renovated & is more pleasant than last year. Also a major plus is that on your return you no longer have to ring the office to be collected from the airport. Waited less than 5 mins & the airport shuttle bus arrived. Drivers on both occasions friendly & helpful. Man in the office equally so. Definitely use again & would recommend.

Brilliant service, nice new office, better mini buses, bigger car park, helpful staff, no worries about having to phone on arrival from holiday, only waited 5 more mins as quite a few to be picked up, will be booking again soon!!!

Not as good an experience as we have had in the past. I hope the revamping of the Callerton site hasn't affected the service? On the way to the airport the transfer was prompt, however, the driver was extremely abrupt and surly. We waited around 15 minutes for the transfer back and when we advised we needed dropping off at Callerton the driver said he wasn't dropping off there, this despite only having 2 people to pick up! Fortunately another mini bus arrived and took us, the driver said that the driver of the other bus should have taken us. We arrived at Callerton and our car wasn't parked outside as usual, the attendant said it was marked that it had been but it wasn't. He went to look for it and fortunately found it without it being too hemmed in. Very disappointing as we have always been very positive about the service in the past having used Callerton regularly for several years.

Hi. Well this was our first time with caller ton parking .we found it very easy .and it was great has they took our car wen we arrived and took us straight to airport within five minutes never waited around .we will be using them again probably this year has wer going away again in sep .

Arrived on a Thursday, it shame the front of house, (rude, untidy, cap wearing) man ruined the reputation of this car parking because all the other staff were lovely. I was spoken to rudely when I asked what I was signing for. Left me feeling very vulnerable and worried about the state of my cat on return.( it was fine). All other staff lovely .

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.

EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.

On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified timeTransfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
