Always have liked using Callerton because of good price, but this time, quality of service hugely improved with upgraded office, more straight forward paper work on arrival, much improved mini bus service with friendly and helpful drivers, and less congestion where drop off and collect car. Great!

When we arrived at caller ton parking we were told that they didn't have our booking and you hadn't informed them and we weren't the only one. Also had trouble when collecting the car. Very disappointed.

everything went very smoothly until our return when we found the cabin door locked and no one available to give us our car key back note on door said back in 5 mins good job it was fine weather and not raining!!!!!!!!

On arrival, they processed our booking and took us promptly to the airport. On our return they collected us within a couple of minutes of leaving the airport and we didn't even have to phone for a lift!

everything went according to plan. All paperwork ready and we were expected, on arrival. Collected within minutes at airport {plane arrived late approx. 12.30am}} with car waiting at park entrance. Staff friendly, courteous and efficient. Would use and recommend again. Thank you.

Have used Calverton parking several times now and each time has been so easy from booking to dropping the car off and then being picked up and returned back to the car after only a couple of minutes wait at the airport . Would definitely recommend this service

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.

EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.

On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified timeTransfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
